Following 15 years of selling for and managing traditional Real Estate offices, Jo-Anne believed there was an opportunity to offer a better experience to buyers and sellers. Jo-Anne ensures that her client's best interests are served by understanding their needs, sharing information, over-communicating, and guiding them successfully through the home selling or buying process. After a successful career at AT&T and Lucent Technologies with extensive experience in Executive Relocation specializing in sales, marketing and negotiation, Jo-Anne's knowledge and client-focused perspective has resulted in a successful business primarily based on recommendations and referrals from past clients, friends and family. Jo-Anne volunteers with a program that represents children in out of home placement - CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). Volunteering for the county Literacy Program and hosting a foreign exchange student provide opportunities to support the community she lives in.
Jo-Anne studied at Syracuse University and graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson, she also earned an Alternate Dispute Resolution certification from Cornell and an MBA from Wharton School of Business through AT&T. As a lifelong New Jersey resident, Jo-Anne has raised five children - two sets of twins - all now post college with special pride for her middle child who has returned from two tours of active military duty. Although her priority has always been family, Jo-Anne's passion is to continue to be that trusted friend and professional who clients know will always have their best interests at heart.
